Shipping Policy

Delivery and shipping times will vary based on the product ordered. Stock items
will typically ship within two business days of order confirmation. Stock grooming
tables typically ship within one week of order confirmation. Tables requiring
fabrication typically ship within 2 weeks. All tubs typically ship within 5-6 weeks.
Custom designs, veterinary and surgery tables will vary. For specific lead times,
call us at 888-388-1159.

All ground shipments come via FedEx or UPS Ground. For smaller items, USPS
may be used.

When the order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number.
Delivery of items generally comes within 1 to 5 business days once you receive
the tracking number. 

For freight truck shipments, delivery generally takes three to seven business
days from when your order is shipped. Once your freight shipment arrives at your
local terminal, you will be contacted by the shipper to set up delivery.


Alaska & Hawaii

While shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not offered on our website, please get in
touch with us at contact@petliftsupply.com if you are interested in getting
something shipped to either of these states.


LTL Freight Curbside Delivery

For commercial addresses, our LTL freight shipping option is curbside. This
includes a liftgate. Products requiring freight shipping can specify whether the
item should be delivered to a residential, limited access, or commercial address.


Freight Delivery Location Details

As mentioned above, the freight delivery location options specify the delivery
location. They include Commercial, Residential, Residential Business, or Limited
Access.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept international orders outside the
United States.

Damaged Shipping
At the time of delivery, if you notice damage to the package, including rips or
holes, please sign and accept the package but notate that on the form "Product
Damaged " This would protect you if there were any damage to the product
during delivery. If there is extreme damage to the packaging, we suggest you
refuse the order and contact us immediately, and we can send you a new order.

Shipping Cancellation
You are allowed to cancel orders before they ship at no charge. Please contact
us immediately if you would like to cancel an order at contact@petlifsupply.com

Lost Packages
PetLift Supply is not responsible for any lost packages, but we will try our best to
resolve any issues. Please reach out to us at contact@petlifsupply.com if you
have any questions.
